لدينا في متجر ALHRISHI STORE شروط إستبدال واسترجاع ميسره ومرنه حتى يمكنك استرجاع اي منتج يتم شراؤه من متجر ALHRISHI STORE فقط إذا كان المنتج تالف أو وصل خطأ غير الذي تم طلبه خلال مدة تصل الى 7 أيام من تاريخ توصيل طلبيتك وذلك بشروط بسيطة ويكون ذلك بطريقتين:
1- عن طريق إعادة المبلغ الى نفس الحساب البنكي لصاحب الطلب
2- عن طريق إضافة قيمة مشتريات مجانية الى حسابكم على النظام.
احرص دوماً على ..
- عدم قطع الكرتون أو أي غلاف للمنتج حتى يمكنك اعادته الى حالته عند الإسترجاع
- على أن تكون مسجلاً في الموقع حتى تستفيد من كافة الخدمات وسياسات الإسترجاع
شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
- يجب التأكد من عدم قطع أو إتلاف أي أوراق لاصقة في المنتج أو في تغليفه.
- يحق للعميل إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام عند وجود الخلل المصنعي وابلاغ المتجر بذلك ، ولن ينُظر في ما بعد هذه المدة .
- يجب التأكد من عدم استعمال المنتج قبل استرجاعه وأن يكون في حالته عند وصول الطلب وإلا لن يقبل طلب الارجاع .
- يجب عليك التسجيل في الموقع حتى يتم وضع الرصيد المسترجع لك في الحساب
- في حال تم إرسال الشحنة ولم يرغب العميل بالمنتج فإن ALHRISHI STORE لن يتحمل رسوم الشحن ولا رسوم الارجاع (الفعلية ) وسيتم خصمها وارجاع المبلغ المتبقي للعميل .

Exchange and Return
We have easy and flexible exchange and return terms at ALHRISHI STORE so that you can return any product purchased from ALHRISHI STORE only if the product is damaged or arrived incorrectly other than what was ordered within a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, with simple conditions and this is done in two ways:
1- By returning the amount to the same bank account of the order holder
2- By adding the value of free purchases to your account on the system.
Always make sure to..
- Do not cut the carton or any packaging of the product so that you can return it to its condition upon return
- You must be registered on the site to benefit from all services and return policies
Return and exchange terms:
- You must ensure that no adhesive papers in the product or its packaging are cut or damaged.
- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days in the event of a manufacturing defect and inform the store of this, and it will not be considered after this period.
- Make sure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in the same condition as when the order arrived, otherwise the return request will not be accepted.
- You must register on the site so that the refunded balance is placed in your account
- If the shipment is sent and the customer does not want the product, ALHRISHI STORE will not bear the shipping fees or the return fees (actual) and they will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer.
